Panelist regarding child labour for the ABILA International Law Weekend in New York. ILW Print Booklet Website 2.2 entitled The Rights of Children to Be Free of Labor and Exploitation: To What Extent Are They Now Protected by Customary International Law? Alan put together the panel for that session. The key was the argument between those who believe that ILO age restrictions are the last word in law, and those who look at it from a much broader perspective and see the children needing help!!
